Calculating...

Okay, so, um, let’s talk about building some mental wealth, right? I mean, we all want that, don't we? So, this… thing I’ve been looking at, it's basically a guide to help you create some systems to, you know, build up all the different parts of your mental well-being. It's not like a rigid thing where you have to follow every single step, so don't feel pressured to do that. Just kind of browse through it, see what jumps out at you, what feels relevant to *you*.

And a good way to figure out where to start is to think back on, like, any self-assessments you might have done related to your mental wealth. Think about the areas where you felt like, "Okay, yeah, I really disagree with that statement," or, "Meh, I'm pretty neutral on that." Those are the areas where you probably need to focus the most of your energy.

Things like, um, do you embrace a childlike curiosity? Do you have a clear purpose that gives you meaning every day? Are you actively trying to grow and reach your full potential? Do you believe you can actually change and adapt? Do you have time set aside to just *think* and recharge?

And, um, there are a few things you definitely want to *avoid* when you're on this journey. Like, for example, failing to connect with a purpose that's bigger than yourself. And also, only learning things that will make you money, right? You gotta learn stuff that's just interesting too! Don't let your life get *so* full that you don't have any space, you know?

Anyway, this guide offers some, like, proven systems for building mental wealth. I'm just gonna rattle off a few, alright? There’s the Power of Ikigai, which is all about finding your purpose. Then there's the Pursuit Map, which is also focused on purpose. And, like, for growth, you could check out the Feynman Technique or the Spaced-Repetition Method, or even the Socratic Method. For creating space in your life, there's the Think Day, the Power Walk, the Personal Power-Down Ritual, and the 1-1-1 Journaling Method. Yeah, those are just a few. So, go and explore them. Hopefully, they help!
