Calculating...

Okay, so let's talk about, uh, physical wealth. It's kind of a big deal, right? I mean, basically, are you gonna be, like, dancing at your 80th birthday party? That's the question we're really asking here.

And, to achieve that, it really boils down to three main things, what they're calling the pillars of physical wealth. The first one is movement. You gotta move your body, right? And that means, like, daily movement. Think cardio, resistance training, you know, even stuff like stability and flexibility work.

The second pillar is nutrition. It's all about eating mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Get your major nutrients that way, and then, you know, supplement as needed to get those micronutrients in.

And then, last but not least, is recovery. Super important. We're talking high-quality, consistent sleep, like, really prioritizing it. And other activities that help you recover, you know, whatever those might be for you.

So, the way you can kind of get a baseline on where you are with all this is to give yourself a score. Think of it like this: I'm gonna read out some statements, and you just kind of give yourself a number from zero to four. Zero is "strongly disagree," and four is "strongly agree," okay?

Here we go. First statement: I feel strong, healthy, and vital for my age.

Second statement: I move my body regularly through a structured routine and have an active lifestyle.

Next up: I eat primarily whole, unprocessed foods.

Then: I sleep seven or more hours per night on a regular basis and feel rested and recovered.

And finally: I have a clear plan in place to allow me to physically thrive into my later years.

So, add up those scores. You get a number between zero and 20. That's your baseline.

Now, what do you do with that? Well, let's talk about goals, anti-goals, and systems. You want to use a goal-setting framework here. What score do you actually *want* to achieve in a year? And what are two or three checkpoints you need to hit along the way to get there? Like, milestones.

Then, think about the flip side. What are the two or three things you *don't* want to happen on this journey? Those are your anti-goals, the things you're actively trying to avoid.

And then, finally, what systems can you put in place to actually make progress? Pick two or three systems that will give you tangible results.

Alright, so, let’s talk about getting started. Like, right now. A one-week jump start. The idea here is to complete seven consecutive days of a Physical Wealth Thirty-Day Challenge. There's probably a guide with some challenges.

Start with a challenge level that works for you. If you're new to all this, maybe go for bronze. If you're already pretty active, maybe you can jump straight into gold.

Also, keep track of your progress. Use a spreadsheet or a template or something, you know, just to see how you're doing each day.

And, this is a big one, find a partner! Or partners! Find someone to do the challenge with you. Create a group chat or something so you can communicate your progress, you know, just saying "Done" when you finish each thing on the list. Accountability is key! It really helps. So, yeah, that's the jump start. Good luck!
