So, the idea here is to give you some systems to, like, really build up these key areas of your physical well-being. And, um, it's not a one-size-fits-all kinda thing, you know? Don't feel like you HAVE to do everything. Just, like, browse through what I'm about to share and pick what really, um, resonates with you, what feels most useful.

Think about it this way: remember those questions, you know, that wealth score quiz? Use your answers to really focus. If you strongly disagreed with something, or even just felt neutral about it, that’s probably where you need to put in some extra effort. You know, things like "I feel strong, healthy, and vital..." or "I move my body regularly..." or even "I sleep seven or more hours..." If those didn’t resonate, then, yeah, that’s your focus.

And hey, here's a few things to, like, totally avoid, right? Some common anti-goals, you could say. Don’t let your fitness totally go to pot just because you’re chasing some financial dream. Seriously, it’s not worth it. Also, uh, try not to skip moving your body every day, even if life is, you know, crazy busy. And definitely, definitely don't be chronically sleep-deprived. That's a killer.

So, let’s dive into some actual systems, some things you can *do* to build this physical wealth. And, uh, here we go. There are, like, six proven systems.
